A Little History

For over 37 years, we have worked closely with our clients to manage voice, data, and wireless telecommunications environments to help them make smart technology choices, and use those technologies efficiently and effectively.

Our roots are in support, and that remains a primary focus of our business today. This includes hands-on support of telecom and Unified Communications systems, mobile technologies, full-service IT and telecom lifecycle, expense and payment management solutions and services, and comprehensive vendor management services.

Jim Price

CEO
Jim and his teams help clients better understand, select, and manage all aspects of telecommunications systems and services, including next-generation networks, mobile technologies and Telephony and UC technologies. Jim oversees all operational aspects of ICOMM, including TMA, ICOMM’s telecommunications management application suites, ICOMM’s IT and Telecom Expense Management services, the Telephony and UC support services, and ICOMM’s OnePay ePayment services and their telecommunications consulting services. Jim was a three-time President of the Board of TEMIA, the Telecommunications Management Industry Association, now called ETMA (www.etma.org) and served on the Association’s Ethics Committee.

Dave Russie

President & CRO
Dave has been in the TEM space for 20 years and the telecom space for 30 years. He brings to ICOMM the experience of working with half a dozen other TEM providers and is glad to be with a company that is committed to long-term customer service and one that ensures clients are always happy!

Mei Wah Kessler

Executive Vice President - DevOps
Mei Wah is ICOMM's lead for DevOps Her history goes back to the original founding of ICOMM’s TEM practice, during which she was the architect of the data schema as well as being the primary end-user of the original application suite.  Since then, Mei Wah has run the TEM practice, created the TMA reporting engine, and continues to drive ICOMM’s application development forward.

Andre Kacan

Vice President - Support Services
Andre leads ICOMM’s Support Desks, which support hundreds of thousands of users at well over 3,000 locations. Andre’s team has knowledge in legacy PBXs and call center technologies, data networking, SIP and VoIP trunking, UCaaS and Hosted Telephony systems, carrier repair services, mobility services, wireline, and wireless activations and more.  The team takes thousands of phone calls, emails, chat sessions and queued requests (through systems like Remedy, ServiceNow and TalkDesk). Andre joined ICOMM in 2011 as a member of the Support Desk and has earned the trust and respect of his team by always being there for clients, never giving up on an open issue until its resolved, and by ensuring that all parties involved in a support situation live up to those same standards.

Eddie Smith

Vice President - Managed Mobility Services
Eddie joined ICOMM in 2016 and immediately set to work to provide ICOMM’s clients not only best-in-class contracts but also fully optimized plans and pools.  Eddie works with ICOMM’s Support team to help guide the Mobile Help Desk, while also working with the TEM team to ensure that monthly optimizations, orders, and updates are all done as expeditiously and accurately as possible.  Over the years, Eddie has saved clients hundreds of millions of dollars (and euros and pounds more) through contracts, RFPs, audits, and optimizations.

Brian Foster

Vice President - Project Management Services
Brian has been with ICOMM since 1998, and during that time has served in a number of support roles, helping clients support various makes and versions of telephony systems, contact center technologies, voice and data networks, and cloud-based technologies. He leads a team of seasoned project managers who help ICOMM support thousands of change orders and hundreds of new site turn-ups, site moves and site closures. His team integrates with the other ICOMM teams to ensure that changes in ICOMM’s client’s environment and done smoothly and are always fully documented.

With 30 years of industry experience in Telecommunications, IT, and Telecom Expense Management, Michael leads Enterprise and Channel sales, leveraging a deep understanding of client needs to drive success. His approach is unique, focusing on identifying client frustrations and crafting tailored, positive solutions that address specific challenges. By blending strategic insight with hands-on support, Michael consistently delivers results that align with both business goals and customer satisfaction. His ultimate goal is to build strong, lasting relationships by consistently exceeding client expectations.

Director of Ordering Services
Tim Smith, ICOMM’s Director of Ordering Services. Tim has over 20 years of industry experience and has been with ICOMM for 8 years, he manages the Ordering Services Team. These team members help manage every order place by the Client or by ICOMM on behalf of the client. This team has 5-15 years of tenure and experience in carrier ordering services.

Kari Galker

Director - Payment Services
Kari joined ICOMM in 2017, and now leads ICOMM’s Payment Services team, which makes payments on behalf of clients to thousands of vendors each month, via ACH, EFT, Swift Payments, Card Payments, online BillPay functions, wire, and check payments. Kari’s focus is to ensure that each payment is made in the most efficient manner possible, always on time and with full documentation. Kari has been with ICOMM since
