Jim was a three time President of the Board of TEMIA, the Telecommunications Management Industry Association, and still serves on the Associations Ethics Committee.
Mike is ICOMM’s Vice President of Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Services. He oversees a team of 17 TEM Analysts, who perform a variety of tasks for ICOMM’s clients including invoice management, contract analysis and compliance, ePayment services, carrier ordering services, budgeting, forecasting and accruals reporting, Project Management and Resource Management and Client Relationship Management.
Mike has lead numerous telecom audit projects for ICOMM clients. These audits included analysis of Customer Service Record information, assessment of contract compliance, right-sizing of telecommunication needs, and removal of third-party and thrifty billing.
Mike is an experienced Project Manager and Customer Liaison, with a deep background in Telephony Support. In 2004, Mike managed the transition from existing key systems to enhanced Cisco IP for 400+ sites for a Fortune 500 client. This project included ordering PRI’s for each location, managing the cutover from POTS Services to PRI Services on go-live weekends, ordering disconnection of unneeded POTS services, and reviewing invoices to ensure unneeded services were removed. Mike provided Level 1 support to the sites after their transition to the new system.
